All orders must be confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required to initiate product procurement and service delivery. Full payment must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Installation and Warranty

Installations are conducted by qualified technicians in compliance with industry standards. Our solar products come with manufacturer warranties. PV Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd provides a workmanship warranty for installation services, terms of which will be stated in the service agreement.

5. Liability

While we strive for excellence, PV Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes power output variations due to environmental factors or third-party interference.

6. Intellectual Property
